National Center For Children In Poverty
From the Organization:
“We aim to improve the lives of low-income children and their families by delivering our research to advocates and policymakers seeking to craft effective policies that promote healthy child development, and strong, nurturing families that are economically secure.
We delve into issues that contribute to child poverty and make sure our ideas reach those in a position to make meaningful change that reduces the number of families experiencing hardship”

Pediatric Cancer Foundation
From the Organization:
“Since 1970, Pediatric Cancer Foundation has been raising funds for research to support doctors and hospitals in an effort to eradicate childhood cancer.”

Help Heal Veterans
From the Organization:
“For 50 years, we’ve supported the healing and rehabilitation of our veterans by providing them with therapeutic craft kits, completely free of charge.
It sounds simple, but the benefits of creative craft projects run deep. Decades of research have shown us that arts and crafts can foster healing that medicine and bed rest alone can’t achieve. Help Heal Veterans was founded in 1971 after many discussions with hospital staff, physicians, therapists and patients, and we designed our programs to work in harmony with veterans’ medical care.”

For The Love Of Alex Inc.
From the Organization:
“Sometimes pets from low-income families have veterinary emergencies that they can’t afford. Many veterinary emergencies cost thousands of dollars, and most hospitals will not even see an animal without a deposit. When a low-income family faces this, they may be forced to surrender or euthanize their pet. You have the power to get these pets healthy and back into their loving homes. You have the power to mend broken hearts and save lives.”

Teen Lifeline
From the Organization:
“As Arizona’s only teen-to-teen crisis hotline, Teen Lifeline has been a crucial connection to hope for struggling teens for over 35 years.
Paired with youth development, suicide prevention education, and School ID Initiative programs, we’re making a world where all youth possess a sense of connectedness and hope for their future.
Every year, more and more teens reach out for help when they’re in crisis. In 2021 alone, we answered over 42,000 calls/texts on the hotline.”
